Former General Manager of TBWA Corporate and Global CSR Director of CARTIER, current VP of ONU Femmes France, Céline has more than 20 years of experience in management, communication, business development and corporate social responsibility.
She created Ethiwork in 2018 to foster the positive transformation of our economy and to act as a change agent of the environmental and social transition.
Céline has also written a documentary on how to create the path to a sustainable luxury. Celine teaches at Essec on sustainability for luxury.

Former SILAMIR and FABERNOVEL consultant, Maxence is a graduate from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and studied at NUS Singapore. He made it his goal to help companies understand and anticipate the business disruption due to climate change and start acting through impact strategies.
Maxence also teaches at Celsa Paris-Sorbonne on innovation strategies.
Recent SCIENCES PO and IMPERIAL College graduate, Xavier is qualified in environmental Sciences, Policies, Engineering and Entrepreneurship. Working at the French Embassy in Washington, D.C. on sustainability and climate change issues allowed him to gain a wide understanding on the modern sustainability issues, both in France and abroad.
Thibaut graduated from a Master in Innovation and Design Sciences at Paris-Dauphine university and Mines Paristech.
He is specialised in social and sustainability innovation, with a special focus on fashion. Through its experiences in entrepreneurship and communication, Thibaut developed competencies in transformation through creativity and new ways of working.
